Here's how to install PlayStation emulator and Nintendo 64 (N64) on iPhone or iPad iOS 11 without computer. No jailbreak needed for this to work.
This is one step-by-step process that we just need to dive in without wasting time. So, keeping that in mind, let's jump to the right and see the installation steps.
Step 1: First, sign in to the iOS App Store on your device and search for Free ZipApp. This is an unarchiving app, and can be found in the App Store for free.
Step 2: You also need the iOS 11 File app. If this is already on your device, then good. If you have removed it as part of a first-party app cleanup, use the App Store to re-download.
Step 3: Next, launch Safari on your iOS device and go to appvalley.vip/app and search Provenance in the search box. Install Provenance to your device.
Step 4: Launch Provenance on your device, wait until it loads and then close to the Home screen with Provenance still running in the background.
Step 5: You now need to download the correct BIOS for PlayStation. A quick search should do the trick for this! You will need BIOS for the following models: SCPH-5500, SCPH-5501, and SCPH-5502.
Step 6: When downloading the BIOS on the device itself, make sure you select the Copy to ZipApp Free app option in Mobile Safari. Also make sure you select No when prompted to cancel file archiving.
Step 7: Once downloaded, select the "i" icon next to each one and select the Rename option. Make sure that each file is renamed to all lowercase letters. So, for example, SCPH-5500.BIN should be renamed to scph5500.bin. Do this for all three files.
Step 8: Now, in the same interface, hold on each file individually until contextual menus appear. Select "Open In ..." and then select the Copy to Provenance option. Do this for each of the three files based one by one.
Step 9: Close Provenance once again, make sure it's still running, and open the Files app. Select the On my iPhone option and then the Provenance folder. You should note that you have the arrangement of files and folders here. Scroll down on the interface until you see the "+" icon at the top left and use this to create a new folder. Call this folder com.provenance.psx.
Where games and ROM are related, we will not go through the process of installing them to your device, but suffice it to say that it should not be hard to find ROM sites that serve PlayStation and N64. When installing the N64 ROM, make sure you select Open in Provenance and the emulator will automatically create the necessary folders, as we created above, which all PS ROMs should live on. Also, when picking up the PlayStation ROM, make sure that you get that with "U" in its naming, so NTSC-U, for example.
And there you have it, you have to stand up and walk with the emulation experience on the device, free of cost, to play N64 and PlayStation games.
