Useful tools such as traffic information for your jam can save valuable seconds that should be spent digging into the app menu.

Open the Nova settings menu and select "Integrations," then tap "Edge Swipe" to enable this feature, which will also remove the "Google Now Page" option.

Now when you pull an app drawer, your new tab will be positioned along the top of your screen, next to the Apps tab. By swiping right, you'll reveal the apps you've added to the new category.

To reduce further chaos and redundancy, long press any app in this new tab and select the pencil icon in the upper-right corner of the sub-menu. Uncheck the "Apps" box to remove an app from the default app drawer, thus removing the extra sections from your main app drawer.

Declare your Application Drawer by Hiding Apps

In addition to dividing the application drawer into subcategories, Nova lets users hide the app. This is useful for hiding embarrassing apps or for removing unnecessary mess from your app drawer. Hiding apps also has the benefit of cleaning up space in your app drawer.
